Fixed quote
We send the scope in plain English, a fixed price, and a finish date. It also lists anything we need from you and any monthly software cost. Nothing starts until you say yes.

Build
We build against real examples from your business: past quotes, the real spreadsheet, the emails that actually arrive. Two 15-minute check-ins keep it on track. You see it working before handoff.

Handoff
We set the tool up on your accounts and walk your team through it. We also leave a one-page guide. The tool, the data, and the logins are yours.
You get: a tool your team can use on day one.

If something does not work the way the quote says, we fix it at no charge. We also measure the before and after, so you know what the tool gave back.

Before you book.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can describe the task out loud, that is enough. We translate it into the build.
What if the audit shows it is not worth building?
We tell you. A clear “not yet” is a useful answer, and the audit is still free.
What does the tool run on?
Where we can, it runs on tools you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your phone. Any new monthly cost is listed in the quote before you agree.
Does AI send things to my customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default, anything that reaches a customer, such as a quote or an invoice reminder, is set up so a person reviews it first.
What happens if it breaks after 30 days?
We quote the fix before we touch it, or it is covered if you are on Ops Partner. You also keep the guide and the access, so anyone you choose can work on it.
